These Terms of Service govern access to HENRYS events, memberships, and digital products. By applying, registering, or attending an experience you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in HENRYS activities.
Acceptance of terms
Accessing any HENRYS website, attending an event, or engaging with our services signifies your agreement to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Membership & eligibility
Membership and event access are by invitation or successful application. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you will keep it updated. HENRYS may refuse or revoke membership or event access at its discretion.
Conduct expectations
You agree to uphold the HENRYS Code of Conduct. We may remove you from any experience or terminate membership if your behaviour risks the safety or wellbeing of other participants.
Fees & payments
Event tickets, membership dues, and other fees are disclosed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable. You authorise us to process payments using the method you provide and agree to the terms of our payment partners.
Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
Marketing & media consent
By attending a HENRYS event, participating in any activation, or providing content to us (including tagging HENRYS on social platforms), you grant HENRYS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to capture, use, adapt, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. Notify a host in advance or contact us at hello@henrys.house if you prefer not to be featured; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate future requests.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HENRYS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in HENRYS experiences after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated using the contact details you provide.
